- Description: The Rental Deposit Loan Program (RDLP) is available to eligible households who are working with the San Luis Obispo Housing Consortium and it's member agencies. This is a resource for deposit assistance. The benefit is available as a loan that is to be repaid in monthly installments to HASLO.

- Eligibility: This program is on a referral basis (not able to help folks directly). They have to be referred to by homeless service provider agency (for example ECHO, 5CHC).
Eligible households (individuals and households) who:
1. Meet the definition of Homeless per requirements.
2. Qualify as Low Income (under 80% AMI).
3. Will receive Case Management and other services from a member of the Consortium. - Requirements: Varies. More information provided by participating agencies.
